· Facials or other skin treatments.
· Tanning and direct sunlight.
· Picking, scratching, rubbing or irritating your brows at all.
WHAT TO EXPECT
It will take about 2 full weeks for your brows to completely heal and your brows will go through several healing phases as they begin to heal. Don't worry, this is all normal and part of the healing process.
DAY 1:
Your new brows will look a little bold and dark since they are freshly done. Once your brows are fully healed the color and intensity will soften.
DAYS 2 - 5:
Brows will appear much darker and bolder than desired. As your brows are healing your body pushes out excess pigment which makes them appear darker.
DAYS 5 - 10:
Your brows will feel dry and may begin to flake and scab. Do not pick at your brows! Your brows may appear lighter temporarily during this phase.
DAYS 11 - 14:
Your healing is almost complete, but your brows are not! Feeling that your brows aren't perfect yet are common. You may notice small things you wish to change such as, making them slightly thicker, longer, more arched, etc. No need to worry, that's exactly what your 6 - 8 week perfecting appointment is for.
